Shipping Information
We carefully package every Amaryllis order to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to enjoy or gift. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, new collection launches, or promotional events.

Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Because every Amaryllis piece is carefully handcrafted, we ask that returns be packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit. Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
